Cardio Exercise Sessions
Looking to really feel the “burn”? Our self-guided cardio workouts, written by one of our trainers, can use any combination of our various pieces of cardio equipment as well as body weight exercises to help you focus on building your cardio endurance. You can choose between 30-minute and one hour sessions.
- 1 day per week (1-hour session) for 1 month: $63
- 1 day per week (30-minute session) for 1 month: $50
- 2 days per week (1 hour each) for 1 month: $115
- 2 days per week (30 minutes each) for 1 month: $67
- 3 days per week (1 hour each) for 1 month: $168
- 3 days per week (30 minutes each) for 1 month: $101
Who can come to a cardio session?
Our personal trainers can adjust cardio sessions to make sure they are safe and appropriate for you, while still challenging you to get you closer to your fitness goals. We are happy to provide these sessions for anybody who is interested in enhancing their cardio fitness levels or striving for weight loss.
