Online Exercise Sessions
Burn30 is offering approximately 45-minute, small-group training sessions? and specialty fitness classes delivered to you via Zoom meetings, in the comfort and safety of your home.
Pricing is determined by the type of online session you would like. You can sign up and pay for our individual specialty fitness classes according to our monthly calendar as they suit your schedule. The price for these specialty fitness classes: $12/class.
The pricing for our month-long small group fitness training sessions is determined by the number of online sessions you would like to have each week. The pricing for this option is as follows:
- Beginner?s Package: 1 session/week for 1 month: $48
- Moderate Fitness Package: 2 sessions/week for 1 month: $90
- Advanced Package: 3 sessions/week for 1 month: $124
- Fitness Enthusiast Package: 4/sessions/week for 1 month: $156
What do you need?
To participate in our virtual workout sessions, you?ll just need a large enough space in your own home to perform the exercises; a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with WiFi to view the training session; and an email address to receive the workout session invitation. Our workouts will be simple (but still appropriately challenging for each individual) and requiring little to no exercise equipment.
We will notify you before the session if you might need a particular item like a mat, towel, light weights, resistance band, or sturdy chair. We can modify any exercise session if you do not have the items.
How does this work?
Our head personal trainer, Becky, will send an email inviting you to an upcoming session that you have signed up for. Use your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to open the email and follow the simple directions to connect with one of our trainers, as well as any other fitness enthusiasts who chose that time slot.
Put the laptop in your workout space so you can see it and follow along. You will experience a
creative, safe, appropriate workout led by Chris, Becky, or Allison, live! The trainer will be able to fully interact with everyone participating in the training.

Currently, our small-group fitness training sessions are offered at different times throughout each weekday and Saturday mornings that are close to the regular operating hours of our exercise facility in Lemoyne, PA. Schedule for Small-Group Fitness Training Sessions

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings with Becky: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 12:00 PM.
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Becky: 7:00, 9:00, and 11:00 AM.
- Monday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings with Chris: 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00 PM.
- Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings with Allison: 3:00, 5:00, and 7:00 PM.
- Friday afternoons and evenings with Allison: 2:00, 4:00 and 6:00 PM.
- Saturday mornings with Chris: 9:00 and 11:00 AM.
