Our Process for Writing Your Completely Customized Workouts

At Burn30, we believe in a personalized approach to training. We want to make sure your movements are focused on what is healthy, safe, and necessary for you to achieve your fitness goals. If you’re wondering how this all works and how your trainer will make sure your needs are being met, here’s a little bit about our process!

It all starts with your initial session. Before you start working out with us, we’ll sit down and talk about you, your fitness goals, current health status, and previous exercise history. This will help us develop a training program that fits your specific needs and situation. We’ll then put you through our 30-minute free trial workout.

Once you join our fitness family full time, we will write you personalized workouts. Each workout is done for approximately one month, and then will be switched out for a new set. This is to make sure you don’t overtrain or get bored with your workouts. While you train with us, we will also make sure to utilize a variety of equipment, such as TRX straps, free weights, resistance bands, and stability balls, so that your workouts stay fresh every time.

One of the main benefits of working with a personal trainer is that your voice is always heard. Your trainer will check in with you on a regular basis to see if there have been any changes in your goals or current health. If there are, we will adapt your program to make sure you are always making progress towards your fitness goals.
