A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT
Our “fit family” loves to share motivation. Each month, our trainers update the community bulletin board with client fitness achievements, birthdays coming up, and the latest trends, facts, and things to look out for in the areas of nutrition, exercise, and mental and general health. Burn30 also holds voluntary gym-wide fitness challenges to help inspire one another.

We take pride in the equipment at our gym. Making sure everything is clean, tidy, and well cared for is always a priority, contributing to keeping our gym a safe place for all who enter.
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS
All of our team members are certified professionals in the personal training field. We hold monthly staff meetings to hold each other accountable in maintaining and growing our certifications and knowledge about personal fitness training. Our personal trainers specialize in one-on-one training, small group classes, and fitness training for seniors.

30-Minute Strength Training Sessions
Our strength training sessions are approximately 30 minutes in length. With a highly-personalized approach and focused movements, this is all you need to develop lasting effects. After your strength session, you are encouraged to finish your workout with cardio on one of our many different pieces of cardio equipment. This will complete your hour of exercise and give you a well-balanced session with both strength and endurance components.

Creative Workout Combinations
At Burn30, you won’t have to worry about boring, repetitive movements in your workouts. Our certified trainers use a wide variety of equipment and exercise techniques to keep your muscles guessing and your workouts fresh. We make sure to utilize free weights, cable exercises, resistance bands, medicine balls, bodyweight moves, stability balls, and balance tools into your sessions, based on your personal goals and level of fitness.

Strength and Conditioning
By mixing weightlifting and cardio into each session, you will see improvements in all areas of your physical health. These improvements include increased muscle mass, decreased fat mass, as well as better endurance for accomplishing everyday tasks.

CARDIO EXCERCISE SESSIONS
Looking to really feel the “burn”? Our self-guided cardio workouts, written by one of our trainers, can use any combination of our various pieces of cardio equipment as well as bodyweight exercises to help you focus on building your cardio endurance.
You can choose between 30-minute and one hour cardio sessions.

ONLINE EXCERCISE SESSIONS
Burn30 is offering approximately 45-minute, small-group training sessions and specialty fitness classes delivered to you via Zoom meetings, in the comfort and safety of your home. Pricing is determined by the type of online session you would like. You can sign up and pay for our individual specialty fitness classes according to our monthly calendar as they suit your schedule.

TAKE HOME WORKOUTS
Our take-home workouts are another option for those with busy schedules. Our trainers will write new workouts for you each month and show you how to do the movements during an informative session so that you can perform the workouts on your own. Contact us to learn more.
