Join our energizing online classes for just $7 per session!

Classes take place Tuesday through Friday and run for 40 minutes.

These classes are suitable for everyone from novice to pro.

Class Descriptions

Total Body (Tues 12:45 PM, Wed 9 AM, Thurs 12:45 PM EST)
Get a total body workout focusing on building strength and endurance. We utilize a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands, as well as bodyweight training for a complete workout.

Booty Blast (Every other Fri 9:30 AM EST)
A Pilates-inspired, 40-minute class dedicated to shaping and sculpting your lower body. This class requires no equipment, making it easy to join in from anywhere.

Barre Intensity Express (Every other Fri 9:30 AM EST)
This 40-minute, low-impact class combines elements of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness. You'll work your entire body and elevate your heart rate to ensure every minute counts. All you need is a sturdy chair and some optional light weights (1–3 lbs).
