The initial session is 30 minutes. During this time, you and Elijah will discuss your problem areas and what you’d like to get out of your sessions. After that, you will spend some time with your first stretches.

Following sessions are either 15 or 30-minute sessions depending on your needs and time restrictions.

Who Should Use Stretch30?

Stretch30 is open to anyone. You don’t have to be a client of Burn30.

If you want increased flexibility, need help with tight muscles, or want to improve your overall well-being, Stretch30 is for you.

What Does It Cost?

30-minute sessions are $35

15-minute sessions are $20

What to Wear?

We suggest wearing the same clothes you would wear for a workout. Flexible clothes that are comfortable and aren’t constricting work best.  Long pants like sweatpants or leggings are ideal. Socks and sneakers are also preferred.
