5 YouTube Fitness Channels to Try At Home

Not sure what to do on your days away from Burn30? I’ve got you covered!

The internet can be a great place to find free workouts. But with so much to choose from, it’s hard to know which ones to try out. That’s why I’m sharing a list of fitness channels I’ve personally used before that can be a great place to start if you’re looking for some quick at home workouts:

GrowwithJo

GrowwithJo is a very positive and upbeat person. She is bound to bring your energy up! I love her at-home, indoor “walking” workouts. They are a great low impact cardio workout and some of my personal favorites.

Blogilates

If you’re looking for bodyweight workouts that build core and glute strength, Pilates is a great choice. Blogilates has a huge selection of Pilates-themed workouts that require little to no equipment and will challenge your core, legs, and glutes.

Fitness Blender

Fitness Blender has such a great variety of workout types, intensities, and lengths. From strength to HIIT to stretching, there are hundreds to choose from. Something I also really enjoy is that their website (fitnessblender.com) gives you a lot of details about each workout, including the workout structure, exercises you’ll be doing, equipment, and more.

Popsugar Fitness

This Youtube channel is great if you’re interested in a certain type of workout and want to try it out. They truly have a bit of everything, including Barre, Pilates, dance, HIIT, and more. There are also plenty of different trainers to choose from as well as lengths of workouts.

MadFit

If you like fun music and a bit of dance, MadFit has some great options! Like some of the others, there are plenty of different styles of workouts on her channel, but my favorite are the dance challenges. They are fun and energizing!

If you have any favorites I haven’t listed, please add them to the comments below. I hope you give some of these options a try and it gives you a few ideas of workouts you can do outside of Burn30!

Allison Galbreath

A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Allison has enjoyed fitness from a young age. She was involved in various sports, including martial arts, swim team, and gymnastics. Her passion for fitness grew in college, becoming vital to her mental, physical, and emotional health. After graduating with a B.A. in English, she started working as a Fitness Instructor. Inspired by how transformative fitness can be, she wants to continue helping others feel their best!
